Midroc Business School

Thanks to our training department called Midroc Business School our employees can develop business skills and be trained in teamwork efficiency. There are three main organizational areas on which MBS is focused: leadership, project management and group development. 

We aim to support managers in becoming better leaders and help them in creating common language with their employees. We also develop project managers in various domains of business. Regarding group development training is oriented on strategies of building teams and teaching their members how to benefit from synergy. We put a lot of effort in developing effective communication, cooperation strategies and awareness of group strengths.
